3 Simple Steps To Make Your Fat Burning Program Work Fast

Are you bothered by those few extra pounds? You have a busy schedule, but you’d like to lose weight. A regular exercise routine helps the body lose weight fast.

If you answered yes on any question of the above or even all of them; just follow these simple 3 STEPS and you will begin to experience a REAL difference. Just follow these steps:

1-    Plan your diet: A good diet needs a good plan. You can make your own diet plans, just by knowing how much calories you burn per day, in average… And how many calories are supplied by each type of food.

Counting calories is easy, you can even do it on Google. In order to shed pounds you need to burn more calories than you consume.

So plan what you want to eat each day, focus on how nutritious your meal is and how many calories it contains. When you learn to reduce calories the results will be in fast fat burning.

2-    Execute your plans: once you’ve mapped out your calories and your food allotment each day, you only need to follow your diet plan to succeed. Of course, during your diet if you need to make a modification or substitution for a food, balance out those calories as well.

3-    Reward yourself: After being able to hold up to your diet plan for six days, reward yourself on the seventh day. Take it a day off the diet and give yourself something you really want.

There is a right way to this:

a.    Calculate how many calories you consume on that day too. Just knowing how many extra calories you are taking on that day, will help you in not eating hysterically on that day and will give you enough power to go on your diet next week more seriously.
b.    When you reward yourself at the end of a successful week you might be inclined to overdue it. Don’t!
Tell yourself that you can always have those other rewards another time. Although, the more you can stick with it, the sooner you will see the fast fat burning results.
c.    if you find it too difficult to diet for a whole week you can break it up to four days and then have a regular meal every four days. It will help you go on…
